Our Story
Stow Green, founded in the heart of the Cotswolds in 1975 by Gordon Griffiths, became the latest addition to the Eddington’s portfolio when a deal was completed in early January 2018.
From its humble beginnings providing the UK kitchen textile trade with new, innovative products and designs, Stow Green has since flourished into a highly regarded and reputable supplier servicing retailers across Europe. Uniting years of textile production and manufacturing experience with retail knowledge, Stow Green initially specialised in basket and woodware and over the years has expanded to include co-ordinated kitchen textiles, housewares and gifts.
The acquisition of the Peter Rabbit license has enabled Stow Green to celebrate the iconic British author Beatrix Potter by introducing two stunning homeware ranges and the highly acclaimed bespoke design service has seen relationships grow and develop within the food industry, conservation and heritage market place.
Every product within the Stow Green range is either designed exclusively or selected for its uniqueness. In order to continue to offer good value whilst meeting modern day market demands, production occurs in various sites throughout the world, but the process and quality of the finished product is controlled from our new base in rural Berkshire.
